Which countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. Available destinations will be shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
- Shipping from our U.S. warehouse: 3–7 business days.
- Shipping from our China warehouse: 7–14 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real time on the carrier’s website.
How much is the shipping cost?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders of $45 or more.
Shipping options and rates may vary depending on the delivery destination and will be automatically calculated at checkout. From time to time, we also run special promotions with additional free shipping offers.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
If you do not see the refund after this period, please kindly contact your bank for further assistance.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Customized or final-sale items are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team and include the following details in your email:
1. Full name, order number, product name, and reason for return.
2. Photos of the item from multiple angles. If the item is defective, please include close-up images of the issue.
After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Once your return is approved, please follow these steps:
1. Print the return label we send you.
2. Attach the label securely to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest post office.
3. Email us the tracking number once the package has been shipped.
Important notes:
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
*Returns must be shipped within 5 days after the return label is issued.
My return has been delivered. When will I receive my refund?
We understand how important it is to receive your refund quickly. That’s why we process refunds as soon as the returned item is received at our warehouse. Depending on your bank’s policy, it may take 1–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
How can I cancel my order?
We want you to have full control over your order. To cancel, you can either email your cancellation request with the reason to support@velunastudio.com
or cancel directly from your order details page.
Please note that cancellations must be made before the order has been shipped
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. To begin, please visit the “How do I return a package?” section and follow the instructions carefully.
Please make sure to attach photos of the product that clearly show the issue. Once we receive your return request and verify the problem, we will process your return immediately.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
